Parties & Celebrations

The Warehouse is not just for weddings and receptions.  Host your company party, birthday party, anniversary celebration or any other special event here!  We have everything you need to make your event go off without a hitch. Our draping, uplighting and string lights are included standard with all rentals in the Harmond Hall. All rentals include tables and chairs and access to AV. We are currently NOT accepting new contracts for Sweet 16 Parties, Quinceañeras or any Teen Parties. Harmond Hall & Carmengail Hall Rentals Per Hall

Sunday -Thursday:

5 Hour Rental- $650

Friday:

6 Hour Rental: $1000

Saturday:

5 Hour Daytime Rental: $650 (Out by 4pm)

6 Hour Evening Rental: $1250 (Out by Midnight)

Additional hours: $100 each

Rates shown above are the minimum rentals for those days of the week. Rental time includes decorating and clean up time.

A $250 date retainer per hall is due with basic contracts to reserve a date. This retainer is non refundable but will be applied to your total rental cost.

Rental Restrictions: We focus on private party rentals. We do not rent for open invitation/promoted events or events that charge an admission fee.  All parties must conclude by 11:30pm and vendors must be out of the building by 12am. We are currently NOT accepting contracts for Sweet 16 Parties, Quinceañeras or Teen Parties.
